• MAIN FACE: Using a multi-step AI calculation process, we simulated thousands of the most common clubface strikes, focused on impact points and evaluated performance characteristics.
  Then, based on our findings, we created a variable-thickness face design that widens and reshapes the sweet spot to increase ball speed across the entire hitting area. Inside the clubhead, AI helped us find the best location to place unique weight cushions for maximum forgiveness.
• FULL-FACE GROOVES: For the first time in an iron, the HALO XL features full-face grooves so you can swing, swing and put spin on every shot. This heel-to-toe groove configuration performs no matter where you strike the ball. Plus, the HALO XL Full-Face’s sweetspot is up to 20% larger than the last generation.
• ALIGNMENT LINES: The HALO XL Full-Face features a new dual-groove alignment system for consistent, reliable aim. Two thicker white grooves on the bottom of the face help keep the face straight at address, centered behind the ball and on-target. The shorter lower groove helps align the ball's lay, while the longer upper groove helps align the clubhead with the target.
• HYDRAZIP: HydraZip for HALO XL irons uses a dynamic blowing system designed to maximize spin in wet or dry conditions, and from any location on the green. This exclusive spin technology ensures consistent performance in all conditions and from any lie.
  In the lower lofts (4i-7i), we use a rougher face blast to minimize excess spin and improve carry distances. In contrast, the high-lofted clubs (8i-SW) benefit from a slightly softer blast, to promote consistent spin.
• XL HEAD DESIGN: A larger Hybrid-Iron profile allows us to move mass away from the center of the HALO XL head. That’s how we increased MOI and put the center of gravity exactly where we wanted it. On the course, you get XL forgiveness, a high ball flight, and straighter shots.
• THREE-SOLE TRANSITION: The Halo XL utilizes a three-sole system designed to accommodate the varying swings of the long, mid and short irons. The long irons (4i-7i) feature GlideRail soles, which enhance turf interaction and promote solid contact throughout the swing. The short irons (8i-9i) feature V-shaped soles, designed to cut through the turf so you can strike the ball without digging. The wedges (PW-SW) feature three-tiered soles for maximum forgiveness on pitches, chips and bunker shots.
• ACTION MASS CB: Action Mass CB places an 8-gram counterweight at the end of the shaft, near the top of your grip. The added weight in your hands makes the club feel lighter, promoting a more stable and controlled backswing. It also promotes a more inside swing path, a squarer clubface at impact and, ultimately, straighter shots.
