Frequently asked questions

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Switzerland and France. Orders bound for France are dispatched from France: no customs charges, no import tax, nothing to pay on delivery.

For any other destination, email us at info@planetegolf.com and we will look at each request individually.

How long does delivery take?

Items in stock: dispatched within 2 to 7 working days.

Items ordered from the supplier: delivery within 15 days.

Personalised items and custom-fitted clubs: 4 to 7 weeks to manufacture once your proof is approved.

How much does shipping cost?

CHF 9 within Switzerland, CHF 13 to France. Delivery is free on orders over CHF 150 in both countries.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes, and it is free. Most of our stock sits at our Bollion warehouse and at our pro shop at Golf de Lavaux: collection is possible at both within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready.

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days from receipt to return an unused, complete item in its original packaging. Email us at info@planetegolf.com with your order number.

Return postage is at the customer's expense. Personalised items and custom-fitted clubs cannot be taken back once the proof has been approved.

What warranty applies to your products?

All our products carry the two-year legal warranty. If there is a problem, contact us directly rather than the brand: we handle the case with the manufacturer and follow the repair or replacement through for you.
