Orders and delivery

What are the delivery times?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to multiple countries. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on destination.

What are the delivery costs?

The shipping costs are CHF 9 for Switzerland and CHF 13 for France. For other countries please contact us. Shipping costs are free for orders over 150 francs.

Returns and warranties

What is your return policy?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Are the products guaranteed?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

What should I do if my product is defective?

If a product is defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the problem. We will provide you with a solution promptly.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Is online payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are secured using an SSL encryption system.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, payment in installments is available for orders over a certain amount. Details will be displayed during checkout.

Yes, unless otherwise stated, all products displayed on the site are available. In case of a shortage, you will be informed immediately.
