14 days to change your mind. You may return an unused, complete item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Email us at info@planetegolf.com with your order number and we will send you the procedure and the return address. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
Exception: personalised items and custom-fitted clubs cannot be cancelled or refunded. Before any production we send you a proof for approval. Once the proof is approved and payment made, manufacturing begins and the order becomes final.
Two-year legal warranty on all our products. If there is a problem, contact us directly: we handle the case with the brand and follow the repair or replacement through for you.

- Presenting players with another performance option, the Phantom 9.5 is similar in every way to the Phantom 9, except for its shorter, straighter neck, which promotes an arcing stroke and gives a clean upper edge at address. The result is a fast-looking, multi-material mallet designed for optimal balance and feel.
- Alignment at address is guided by two parallel sightlines milled from the top of the face to the back for a visual cue that ensures confident placement. The new clear wing incorporates heavier, precision-milled 303 stainless steel for its frame with a lightweight 6061 aluminum structure to strategically distribute weight for balance and higher MOI while maintaining stability, forgiveness and feel.
