In-store collection: available within 24 hours at Golf de Lavaux or Bollion. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

14 days to change your mind. You may return an unused, complete item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Email us at info@planetegolf.com with your order number and we will send you the procedure and the return address. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
Exception: personalised items and custom-fitted clubs cannot be cancelled or refunded. Before any production we send you a proof for approval. Once the proof is approved and payment made, manufacturing begins and the order becomes final.
Two-year legal warranty on all our products. If there is a problem, contact us directly: we handle the case with the brand and follow the repair or replacement through for you.

Payment by invoice: open to all customers, with no conditions. Your order is prepared and dispatched once payment is received.

Free fittings, with no obligation to buy. We run fitting sessions throughout the season at various golf clubs. We measure your swing to determine the shaft, loft and length that genuinely suit your game. See dates and locations of upcoming fittings.
FlatCat wheel covers go over the trolley wheels at the end of the round, before loading it into the boot.
Anyone who plays in wet weather knows the problem: the wheels carry the course's soil and grass straight into the car. The set includes three covers, two large ones for the rear wheels and a small one for the front wheel, covering a three-wheel trolley completely.
