• GLIDERAIL: Wide, tapered rails along the sole of each Halo XL fairway wood provide optimal ball striking and clean turf interaction. Each rail is designed to glide smoothly through the turf so you can maintain clubhead speed and keep a square face at impact. Plus, they’re great in the rough or any difficult lie.
• MAINFRAME XL: Every Halo XL fairway wood delivers maximum distance and increased forgiveness with MainFrame XL. MainFrame XL uses a variable-thickness face design that widens and reshapes the sweet spot for better energy transfer across the face. Inside the clubhead, Al helped us determine the best place to place the weight pads to achieve a long, powerful ball flight.

  XL HEAD DESIGN: The reworked XL head design allows us to move the mass away from the center of the club. This increases MOI, providing more forgiveness and consistency on every shot. They also feature our HiBore Crown Step, which lowers the clubhead's center of gravity for a longer, straighter ball flight. Additionally, deeper faces create a larger, more forgiving sweet spot.
• REBOUND FRAME: Halo XL fairway woods have the unique ability to flex twice at impact thanks to the Rebound Frame. Like a spring within a spring, Rebound Frame adds another ring of flex just behind the face, supported by additional stiffness at the back of the clubhead. At impact, these two flex zones activate simultaneously, increasing the amount of energy transferred into the ball.
• ACTION MASS CB: Action Mass CB places an 8-gram counterweight at the end of the shaft, near the top of the grip. The added weight in your hands makes the club feel lighter, promoting a more stable and controlled backswing. It also promotes a more inside swing path, a squarer clubface at impact and, ultimately, straighter shots.
