Custom manufacturing: allow 4 to 7 weeks between the approval of your proof and delivery.
Shipping costs: CHF 9 within Switzerland, CHF 13 to France. Free delivery on orders over CHF 150 in both countries.
Delivery to France: your orders are dispatched from France. No customs charges, no import tax, nothing to pay on delivery.
In-store collection: available at Golf de Lavaux or Bollion. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Personalised items cannot be cancelled or refunded. Before any production we send you a proof for approval. As long as you have not approved it, your order can still be changed or cancelled: email us at info@planetegolf.com. Once the proof is approved and payment made, manufacturing begins and the order becomes final.
Two-year legal warranty on all our products, personalisation included. If there is a fault, contact us directly: we handle the case with the brand and follow the repair or replacement through for you.

Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, PostFinance, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or HeyLight. All transactions are secured through Shopify Payments.
Payment by invoice: open to all customers, with no conditions. Production starts once payment is received.
Bank transfer is also available, on the same basis.
