Shipping costs: CHF 9 within Switzerland, CHF 13 to France. Free delivery on orders over CHF 150 in both countries.
Delivery to France: your orders are dispatched from France. No customs charges, no import tax, nothing to pay on delivery.
In-store collection: available within 24 hours at Golf de Lavaux or Bollion. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

14 days to change your mind. You may return an unused, complete item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Email us at info@planetegolf.com with your order number and we will send you the procedure and the return address. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
Exception: personalised items and custom-fitted clubs cannot be cancelled or refunded. Before any production we send you a proof for approval. Once the proof is approved and payment made, manufacturing begins and the order becomes final.
Two-year legal warranty on all our products. If there is a problem, contact us directly: we handle the case with the brand and follow the repair or replacement through for you.

Payment by invoice: open to all customers, with no conditions. Your order is prepared and dispatched once payment is received.

Free fittings, with no obligation to buy. We run fitting sessions throughout the season at various golf clubs. We measure your swing to determine the shaft, loft and length that genuinely suit your game. See dates and locations of upcoming fittings.
FootJoy RainGrip women's gloves are sold as a pair, and that is deliberate: in the rain a single glove is useless, it is the grip of both hands that holds the club.
The palm is Suedemark microfibre, a material that becomes grippier when wet, the opposite of leather, which slips. The back of the hand uses a QuickDry fabric that breathes and dries between showers. The double angled closure lets you set the tightness without the glove twisting.
