Shipping costs: CHF 9 within Switzerland, CHF 13 to France. Free delivery on orders over CHF 150 in both countries.
Delivery to France: your orders are dispatched from France. No customs charges, no import tax, nothing to pay on delivery.
In-store collection: available within 24 hours at Golf de Lavaux or Bollion. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

14 days to change your mind. You may return an unused, complete item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Email us at info@planetegolf.com with your order number and we will send you the procedure and the return address. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
Exception: personalised items and custom-fitted clubs cannot be cancelled or refunded. Before any production we send you a proof for approval. Once the proof is approved and payment made, manufacturing begins and the order becomes final.
Two-year legal warranty on all our products. If there is a problem, contact us directly: we handle the case with the brand and follow the repair or replacement through for you.

The Cleveland HB Soft Milled #11S Putter is a winged mallet on a slant neck: a very stable 365 g head designed for golfers with a slight arc stroke who want maximum forgiveness without changing their motion.

- Hosel: slant neck with moderate toe hang, designed for a slight arc stroke.
