14 days to change your mind. You may return an unused, complete item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Email us at info@planetegolf.com with your order number and we will send you the procedure and the return address. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
Exception: personalised items and custom-fitted clubs cannot be cancelled or refunded. Before any production we send you a proof for approval. Once the proof is approved and payment made, manufacturing begins and the order becomes final.
Two-year legal warranty on all our products. If there is a problem, contact us directly: we handle the case with the brand and follow the repair or replacement through for you.

The Cleveland HB Soft 2 Black putter, model 8S uses a slightly enlarged blade fitted to a slant neck hosel. That setup leaves some toe hang and suits a slight arc stroke, with more mass behind the ball than a strict blade.
Beneath the satin black finish sits Speed Optimized Face technology: the grooves are tightly packed at the centre of the face and spread towards the heel and toe, which evens out energy transfer across the hitting area. In practice, a slightly off-centre putt rolls almost the same distance as one struck in the middle. The multi-material UST Mamiya ALL-IN shaft completes the package and keeps the same balance from one length to the next.
