1. General
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all our contracts and services. They are considered accepted at the latest when ordering the products. Our terms of sale and delivery apply to all orders placed online, by telephone or in writing, and are approved with each order. Any specific conditions of the Customer only apply if this has been expressly agreed in writing.
2. Purpose of the contract
All offers are without obligation. The purchase contract is only concluded upon written confirmation of the order via email. If an ordered product is not available, Planète Golf reserves the right not to deliver the product. We also reserve the right to withdraw from sale products whose description or price is incorrect.
3. Price
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory Swiss VAT (8.1%) and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers and discounts are valid until revoked.
4. Payment
Payments in Switzerland can be made by credit card or via PayPal. Detailed information on the available payment methods can be found in the online shop.
5. Shipping costs
In-store pickup : Free, with possible pickup from our warehouse located at 50 Les Crosats, 1470 Lully. Estimated time 1 to 7 business days. An email confirmation will be sent to you when the order is ready.
Delivery in Switzerland : Fee of 9 CHF, or free from 150 CHF of purchase. Shipments are managed by Swiss Post. For any delivery abroad, please contact us at info@planetegolf.com .
6. Delivery time and scope
Products in stock will be delivered within 1 to 7 working days. Products not in stock will be ordered from our supplier, and you will be informed of the delivery time. In the event of unavailability of a product, it will be cancelled from the order, and an alternative product may be offered if possible. In the event of delay, claims for damages are excluded.
7. Cancellation and right of return
For any product purchased, you have a 14-day right of return after receipt. The withdrawal must be sent by email to info@planetegolf.com . The return costs are your responsibility. To exercise your right of return, please attach a copy of the purchase invoice and return the items in their original packaging, clean and in good condition.
Return by post : The shipping and return costs are your responsibility. Address: Planète Golf Sàrl, Les Crosats 50, 1470 Lully.
Free in-store returns : Returns are possible free of charge at the warehouse with the purchase invoice.
Damaged or worn items may result in a reduced refund. Returns are refunded within 30 days by the same payment method.
Custom made items (branding, engraving) are not eligible for return.
8. Retention of title
All items remain the property of Planète Golf Sàrl until full payment.
9. Warranty
Defective items will be repaired or replaced within 24 months. Manufacturer's warranty conditions apply.
10. Electronic communication
Contractual exchanges can be made electronically.
11. Privacy Policy
By placing an order, you agree to our privacy policy available on the site.
12. Typographical errors
We accept no responsibility for errors in our prices, descriptions or images.
13. Image rights
All image rights belong to Planète Golf Sàrl. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
